· We may disclose your Personal Information to send youcustom advertisements on the social media platforms and networks you use, weshare your email and information collected from our social media pixels to oursocial media partners (Twitter, LinkedIn and Google) who match this PersonalInformation with your user account on their platforms (if you have one), andinclude you on a list of individuals to whom we can send our advertisements onthe social media platform and its affiliated network of websites. This “CustomAudience” list is created and stored only on your social media platform andalthough we can send our advertisements to you on these platforms, we do nothave access to your social media profile or any of the information on yoursocial media account. This information remains under the control and protectionof your social media platform.

· We disclose your Personal Information if we are under aduty to do so, in order to comply with (or where we reasonably believe we areunder a duty to comply with) any legal obligation; or in order to enforce anyagreement we have in place with you; or to protect the rights, property,safety, or security of The Agentic Manager Events, third parties, users of ourSite and Services or the public.

· Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement orjudicial authorities to provide Personal Information to the appropriategovernmental authorities. We will disclose Personal Information upon receipt ofa court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation.We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who useour services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to lawenforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to beunlawful.

Our Site and Service are hosted in the United States andintended for visitors located within the United State. If you choose to use theSite or Service from the European Union or other regions of the world with lawsgoverning data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then pleasenote that you are transferring your information outside of those regions to theUnited States for storage and processing. Object to processing of your Personal Information where weare relying on legitimate interests (please see the “Personal Information WeCollect and How We Use Personal Information” section above) as a lawful basisfor processing your Personal Information and there is something about yourparticular situation which makes you want to object to processing on thisground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You alsohave the right to object to us processing your Personal Information for anydirect marketing purposes.
